摘要
目的探讨基于微信-问卷星的形成性评价在中医外科学教学中的应用效果。方法选择扬州大学中西医临床医学专业2015级、2017级和2018级本科学生作为研究对象,实验组2017级和2018级采用微信-问卷星平台的形成性评价、问卷调查、学生访谈,对照组2015级沿用传统终结性评价。结果实验组期末平均成绩和及格率均高于对照组,实验组期末考试优良率[81.48%(22/27)、87.50%(21/24))]明显优于对照组[61.76%(21/34)],且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论借助微信-问卷星开展中医外科学形成性评价的教学实践,可以显著提高教学效果,值得在中医其他学科推广应用。
Objective To study the application effect of formative assessment based on WeChat-WJX in the teaching of surgery of tra⁃ditional Chinese medicine.Methods Grade 2015,Grade 2017 and Grade 2018 undergraduate students of integrated traditional Chi⁃nese and Western medicine in Yangzhou University were selected as the research objects.The three classes were divided into the con⁃trol group(Grade 2015 undergraduate students)and the experimental group(Grade 2017 and Grade 2018 undergraduate students).Formative evaluation was used in the experimental group and traditional summative evaluation was used in the control group.Results The average score and pass rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the excellent and good rate of the experimental group[81.48%(22/27),87.50%(21/24)]was significantly better than that of the control group[61.76%(21/34)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Formative evaluation base on WeChat-WJX has achieved significant teaching results in the teaching of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine,and it is worth popularizing and applying in other courses of traditional Chinese medicine.
