以团队为基础的教学法联合病例教学法在中医临床教学的应用

摘要 目的探讨在中医临床教学中使用以团队为基础的教学法联合病例教学法的具体作用,并对其教学效果展开分析。方法择取40名中医临床实习生作为研究对象,研究时间为2021年1月—2021年12月,按随机抽签分组的方式等分为两组,包括对照组(常规教学法,20名)、观察组(以团队为基础的教学法联合病例教学法,20名),比较两组教学效果。结果观察组理论知识、实践技能、综合能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组建立逻辑思维、培养学习兴趣、教学计划严谨、提升团队协作能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组教学总满意度95.00%(19/20)高于对照组的70.00%(14/20)(P<0.05);观察组带教方式、操作技术、理论水平、教学态度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取以团队为基础的教学法联合病例教学法开展中医临床教学,有助于提升教学满意度,且整体教学效果突出,适合普及。 Objective To explore the specific content of using the team-based teaching method and case teaching method in the clini⁃cal teaching of traditional Chinese medicine,and to analyze its teaching effect.Methods Forty clinical interns of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the research objects from January 2021 to December 2021.They were divided into two groups according to random drawing methods,including the control group(20 students with conventional teaching method)and the observation group(20 students with team-based teaching method combined with case teaching method),and the teaching effects of the two groups were com⁃pared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,practical skill and comprehensive ability of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in establishing logical thinking,cultivating learning interest,rigorous teaching plan and improving teamwork ability(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of ob⁃servation group was 95.00%(19/20),which was higher than that of control group(70.00%,14/20)(P<0.05).The scores of teaching style,operation technique,theoretical level and teaching attitude of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting team-based teaching method and case teaching method to carry out clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine is helpful to improve teaching satisfaction.The overall teaching effect is outstanding and suitable for popularization.
