师承引领 传承创新 打造山东特色中医药人才发展雁阵格局路径研究

摘要 文章基于山东省中医药人才建设需求,以师承教育为主线,充分发挥师承教育在中医药人才培养方面的特色和优势,坚持传承与创新并重的理念,遵循中医药人才成长规律,提出“1主线3进阶5工程”中医药人才发展雁阵格局,进一步完善山东特色中医药人才的内涵建设,为中医药高质量发展营造良好生态,全方位助力健康强省建设。 Based on the demand of traditional Chinese medicine talents construction in Shandong Province,this paper took the teacher education as the main line,gave full play to the characteristics and advantages of teacher education in the training of tradi⁃tional Chinese medicine talents,adhered to the concept of equal importance of inheritance and innovation,followed the law of the growth of traditional Chinese medicine talents,and put forward the pattern of“one main line,three advanced and five projects”for the development of traditional Chinese medicine talents,and further improved the connotation construction of traditional Chinese medi⁃cine talents with Shandong characteristics to create a good ecology for the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine and comprehensively help the construction of a healthy province.
