胸骨拉钩在剑突下单孔胸腔镜纵隔肿瘤切除术中的应用

Application of sternal sraction hook in subxiphoid single-port thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor resection

目的:探讨胸骨拉钩在剑突下单孔胸腔镜纵隔肿瘤切除术中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年9月昆明市第一人民医院收治的16例前纵隔肿瘤患者的临床资料,术前CT检查明确肿瘤的位置及大小,无明显心脏大血管受侵,所有患者都在剑突下单孔胸腔镜纵隔肿瘤切除术中使用胸骨拉钩悬吊。结果:16例患者均顺利完成手术。无增加手术切口,无中转开胸,无术中大出血及死亡病例,术后随访1~24个月无术后并发症发生,无肿瘤复发及转移。结论:胸骨拉钩在剑突下单孔胸腔镜纵隔肿瘤切除术的应用,在技术上操作易行,创伤小,安全有效。

Objective Exploring the application effect of sternal sraction hook in single-port thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor resection under xiphoid process.Methods The clinical data of 16 patients with anterior mediastinal tumors admitted to the First People's Hospital of Kunming from January 2020 to September 2023 were selected.the location and size of the tumors were clarified by preoperative CT examination,and there was no obvious invasion of cardiac blood vessels,and all the patients were suspended with sternal sraction hook during subxiphoid single-port thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor resection.Results The surgery was successfully completed in all 16 patients.There were no additional surgical incisions,no intermediate open thoracotomy,no cases of intraoperative hemorrhage and death,no postoperative complications at postoperative follow-up from 1 to 24 months,and no tumor recurrence and metastasis.Conclusions The application of sternal sraction hook in subxiphoid single-port thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor resection is technically easy to operate,less traumatic,safe and effective.
