动态增强磁共振成像定量参数联合表观扩散系数在评估老年宫颈癌同步放化疗效果中的应用

Application of quantitative parameters of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging combined with apparent diffusion coefficient in evaluation of the efficacy of concurrent chemoradiotherapy in elderly patients with cervical cancer

目的:探讨动态增强磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)定量参数联合表观扩散系数(ADC)在评估老年宫颈癌同步放化疗效果中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析老年宫颈癌患者121例临床资料。所有患者均采用同步放化疗,治疗前后均采用常规T1WI、T2WI、DWI、DCE-MRI序列扫描。结果:121例老年宫颈癌患者同步放化疗后,完全缓解31例,部分缓解45例,稳定34例,进展11例。结论:K^(trans)、K_(ep)、ADC均为评估宫颈癌同步放化疗的有效影像指标,ADC+K^(trans)+K_(ep)联合检测有助于提高诊断效能,为老年宫颈癌精准化治疗方案提供参考。

Objective:To explore the application value of quantitative parameters of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI)combined with apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)in evaluation of the effect of concurrent chemoradiotherapy in elders with cervical cancer.Methods:The clinical data from 121 cases of elderly patients with cervical cancer were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy,and conventional T1WI,T2WI,DWI,DCE-MRI sequences were scanned before and after treatment.Results:After concurrent chemoradiotherapy was performed in 121 elderly patients with cervical cancer,there were 31 cases with complete remission,45 cases with partial remission,34 cases with stable,and 11 cases with progression.Conclusion:K^(trans),K_(ep) and ADC are all effective imaging indicators for evaluating concurrent chemoradiotherapy for cervical cancer,and the combined detection of ADC+K^(trans)+K_(ep) can help improve the diagnostic efficiency and provide reference for the precise treatment plan of cervical cancer in the elderly.
