摘要
乳腺癌作为女性最常见的癌症类型之一,其生物学特性随着研究的发展不断被深度了解,精准个体化治疗在乳腺癌患者中获得了普遍应用。新辅助治疗(NAT)是局部治疗前进行的全身系统性治疗,还可进行降期手术、保乳和保腋窝治疗,并了解肿瘤对相应治疗方案的反应性。磁共振成像(MRI)及相关检查技术在乳腺癌NAT期间具有关键作用,能从肿瘤形态和功能方面实时评估治疗反应。
As one of the most common types of cancer for women,breast cancer's biological characteristics have been deeply understood with the development of research,and precise individualized treatment has been widely used in breast cancer patients.Neoadjuvant therapy(NAT)is a systemic treatment that is performed before local treatment,and can also include step-down surgery,breast conserving,and axillary conserving treatments,as well as understanding the responsiveness of tumors to corresponding treatment regimens.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and related examination techniques play a key role in breast cancer during NAT,and can evaluate the treatment response from tumor morphology and function in real time.
