基于家长的反馈和建议探索提升社区儿童健康服务质量的研究

A Study to Explore Improving the Quality of Community Child Health Services Based on Parents' Feedback and Suggestions

目的 本研究旨在通过调查儿童家庭对社区儿童保健工作的满意度,探讨社区儿童健康服务质量,分析存在问题,提出优化策略。方法 本研究采用问卷调查法,对上海市某社区0~3岁儿童家长进行调查。问卷内容包括儿童出生特征、父母人口学信息、保健门诊满意度评分及对儿科门诊需求等。先进行预调查,再形成正式版。共回收有效问卷895份,采用SPSS 19.0进行统计分析。为保证质量,对调查员进行统一培训,实行双人数据录入和核对。结果 研究收集了895份有效问卷。参与儿童的平均年龄为2.5岁,男女比例为1.2∶1。家长主要年龄段为20~35岁,文化程度以大专为主。大部分家长对体检流程满意,16.5%家长不满意,认为流程冗杂、等待时间过长;常规体格检查满意度较高,而对专科筛查项目如视力、听力、口腔等满意度较低,大多数家长希望增加骨密度、血型等专项检查;家长获取育儿知识的主要渠道为网络、书籍杂志和医生咨询;家长愿意选择社区儿科就诊的原因是距离近、初期症状、就诊方便,但认为社区儿科门诊尚需解决的主要问题是:医生技术水平低、药品不齐全、缺乏设备。结论 应优化儿童保健体检流程、增设专科项目、强化服务质量、提升儿科诊疗水平,以提高社区儿童健康服务的质量和家长满意度。

Objective This study aims to investigate the satisfaction of children's families with community child healthcare services,explore the quality of community child health services,analyze existing problems,and propose optimization strategies.Methods This study used a questionnaire survey to investigate parents of children aged 0-3 years in a community in Shanghai.The questionnaire content included children's birth characteristics,parental demographic information,satisfaction ratings of healthcare clinics,and demands for pediatric clinics.A pre-survey was conducted before forming the final version.A total of 895 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed using SPSS 19.0.To ensure quality,the investigators received unified training,and double-entry and verification of data were implemented.Results The study collected 895 valid questionnaires.The participating children had an average age of 2.5 years,with a male-to-female ratio of 1.2∶1.The main age group of parents was 20-35 years old,with college education being the predominant education level.Most parents were satisfied with the physical examination process,while 16.5% were dissatisfied,believing that the process was cumbersome and the waiting time was too long.Satisfaction with routine physical examinations was high,while satisfaction with specialized screening items such as vision,hearing,and oral health was low.Most parents hoped to add specialized examinations such as bone density and blood type.The main channels for parents to acquire parenting knowledge were the Internet,books and magazines,and doctor consultations.The reasons why parents were willing to choose community pediatrics for medical treatment were proximity,initial symptoms,and convenience of medical treatment.However,they believed that the main problems that community pediatric clinics need to solve were:low technical level of doctors,incomplete medicines,and lack of equipment.Conclusions To improve the quality of community child health services and parental satisfaction,it is necessary to optimize the process of child health examinations,add specialized programs,strengthen service quality,and improve the level of pediatric diagnosis and treatment.
