在危重患者导管管理中风险上报追踪管理的应用效果

The Efficacy of Risk Reporting and Follow-up Management in Catheter Management of Critically Ill Patients

目的 分析在危重患者导管管理中风险上报追踪管理的效果。方法 选择2019年1月至2020年12月桂林市人民医院收治的危重患者200例,依据住院时间分组,各100例。2019年1—12月未经导管管理风险上报追踪管理为对照组,2020年1—12月接受导管风险上报追踪管理为措施组,分析实施前后的干预效果。结果 措施组胃管、尿管及引流管等导管管理质量评分高于对照组(P <0.05);措施组患者满意度评分高于对照组(P <0.05);措施组抢救成功率、家属满意率高于对照组,护理差错率、护患纠纷率、导管感染率及导管相关院感率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 针对危重患者导管管理进行风险上报追踪管理可有效提高患者导管管理质量,促使护理差错、护患纠纷发生率减少,避免患者感染,促使患者及其家属满意度均提升,其效果显著。

Objective To analyse the effect of risk reporting tracking management in catheter management of critically ill patients.Methods A total of 200 cases of critically ill patients admitted to Guilin People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and grouped into 100 cases each based on hospitalisation time.January to December 2019 without catheter management risk uptake tracking management was the control group,and January to December 2020 receiving catheter risk uptake tracking management was the Measure group,the intervention effect before and after implementation was analysed.Results The quality score of catheter management of gastric tube,urinary catheter and drainage tube in the measure group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the patient satisfaction score in the measure group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the success rate of resuscitation and the satisfaction rate of family members in the measure group was higher than that of the control group;and the nursing error rate,the rate of nursing disputes,the rate of catheter infections,and the rate of catheter-related hospitalacquired infections in the measure group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Risk reporting and tracking management for catheter management in critically ill patients can effectively improve the quality of catheter management,reduce the incidence of nursing errors and patient disputes,avoid patient infections,and increase the satisfaction of patients and their families,which is a significant effect.
