赋权理论过渡期护理对胎膜早破患者自我效能、负性情绪及妊娠结局的影响

The Influence of Empowered Theory-Based Transitional Care on Self-Efficacy,Negative Emotions,and Pregnancy Outcomes Among Patients with Premature Rupture of Membranes

目的 分析赋权理论过渡期护理对胎膜早破患者自我效能、负性情绪及妊娠结局的影响。方法 对厦门大学附属第一医院在2023年1月至2023年12月收治的96例胎膜早破患者进行分析,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施赋权理论过渡期护理,分析两组患者自我效能、不良情绪、分娩情况、不良结局及满意度。结果 观察组干预后自我效能感量表(GSES)评分高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者自然分娩率高于对照组(P <0.05);且妊娠不良结局总发生率低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 赋权理论过渡期护理对胎膜早破患者的自我效能、负性情绪和妊娠结局产生了积极的影响。通过增强患者的自我效能感、减轻负性情绪,以及促进积极的自我管理和提供情感支持等措施,赋权理论过渡期护理有助于改善患者的妊娠结局和提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effects of empowerment theory transitional nursing on self-efficacy,negative emotion and pregnancy outcome in patients with premature rupture of membranes.Methods A total of 96 patients with premature rupture of fetal membrane admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2023 to December 2023 were analyzed and divided into two groups by random number method.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received empowerment theory transitional nursing.Self-efficacy,bad mood,delivery,adverse outcome and satisfaction of patients in the two groups were analyzed.Results The score of self-efficacy scale(GSES) in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety Scale(SAS) and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) in observation group were lower than those in control group after intervention(P<0.05).The rate of natural delivery in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Transition nursing with empowerment theory has positive effects on self-efficacy,negative emotion and pregnancy outcome of patients with premature rupture of membranes.By enhancing patients' sense of self-efficacy,alleviating negative emotions,and promoting positive self-management and providing emotional support,empowerment theory transitional care helps improve patients' pregnancy outcomes and nursing satisfaction.
