度普利尤单抗结合小剂量激素对大疱性类天疱疮患者皮损瘙痒症状及新发水疱数量的影响

Effect of Dupliyuzumab Combined with Low-Dose Hormone on Pruritus and Number of New Blisters in Skin Lesions of Patients with Bullous Pemphigoid

目的 观察大疱性类天疱疮(BP)患者采用度普利尤单抗结合小剂量激素治疗对皮损瘙痒症状及新发水疱数量的影响。方法 选取2020年6月至2023年6月本院收治的BP患者70例,根据治疗方案不同分为观察组和对照组,各35例。观察组采用度普利尤单抗结合小剂量激素治疗,对照组采用小剂量激素治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果 观察组皮损开始愈合时间与瘙痒症状开始缓解时间短于对照组;治疗2周、4周后,观察组新发水疱数量少于对照组,BP疾病面积指数(BPDAI)、瘙痒数字评定量表(NRS)低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 对大疱性类天疱疮患者实施度普利尤单抗结合小剂量激素治疗,可快速缓解皮损瘙痒症状,减少新发水疱数量,具有良好的安全性。

Objective To observe the effects of dupliyuzumab combined with low-dose hormone treatment on the itching symptoms of skin lesions and the number of new blisters in patients with bullous pemphigoid(BP).Methods A total of 70 cases of BP patients admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the different treatment plans,35 cases each.The observation group was treated with dupliyuzumab combined with small-dose hormone therapy,and the control group was treated with small-dose hormone therapy,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The time for lesions to start healing and the time for itching symptoms to start relieving were shorter in the observation group than in the control group;after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the number of newly-emerged blisters was less than that of the control group,the BP disease area index(BPDAI) and numerical rating scale(NRS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Duplizumab combined with low-dose hormone therapy for patients with pemphigus herpetiformis can rapidly relieve itchy lesions,reduce the number of new blisters,and has good safety.
