超学科视角下省域高校城乡规划专业建设路径重塑

摘要 联合国教科文组织在第三届世界高等教育大会以“重塑高等教育,实现可持续未来”为主题提出了高等教育未来发展的六大变革方向,其中推动跨学科、超学科的开发与交流是重要变革之一。我国城乡规划专业当前存在同源学科交叉度低、关联学科融合度弱、广域学科支撑度不足等问题。为推动城乡规划专业进行跨学科、超学科的开发与交流,以省域高校城乡规划专业为研究对象,遵循超学科逻辑,围绕建立生存环境、培育生长通道、孕育网格脉络的知识体系生产新秩序,提出了实现城乡规划专业高质量发展的三条路径:一是通过动态耦合的模块化课程框架夯实专业立足点;二是通过共生共长的专业联盟提升专业增长点;三是通过双维技术赋能教育过程激发专业创新点。 UNESCO’s Third World Conference on Higher Education was held under the theme’Reshaping Higher Education for a Sustainable Future’.During this conference,six major directions for the future development of higher education were proposed.One key direction is the promotion of interdisciplinary and extra-disciplinary development and exchange.Currently,in China,the field of urban and rural planning,especially in provincial universities,faces several challenges:a low degree of integration within related disciplines,weak interdisciplinary connections,and inadequate support for broader disciplinary areas.To advance the cross-disciplinary development and exchange within urban and rural planning,this paper adopts a super-disciplinary approach and proposes three strategies to achieve high-quality professional education:Enhance the foundation of professional education through a dynamically coupled modular curriculum framework,increase growth points in professional education via a co-growing professional alliance,and foster innovation in professional education through a dual-dimensional technology-empowered educational process.
