摘要
为适应我国川藏线隧洞钻孔施工工艺需求,降低操作人员劳动强度,提高钻孔效率,自主研发了一款KYL-8/25D多功能钻机,解决了现有钻探装备在施工中存在的探测距离短和效率低问题。利用SolidWorks建立三维模型,通过对各结构的功能介绍以及钻杆的仿真模拟计算,验证了该设计的可行性。最后通过现场调试试验也验证了钻机的实际成效,为川藏线隧洞施工提供了设计依据和成功工程实例。
In order to meet the requirements of tunnel drilling construction technology in Sichuan-Tibet Railway in China,reduce the labor intensity of operators and improve the drilling efficiency,the company independently developed a KYL-8/25D multi-function drilling rig,which solved the problems of short detection distance and low efficiency of existing drilling equipment in construction.Firstly,the three-dimensional model is established by SolidWorks,and the feasibility of the design is verified by introducing the function of each structure and simulating the drill pipe.The actual effect of the drilling rig is also verified by the debugging test,which provides the design basis and successful engineering examples for the tunnel construction of Sichuan-Tibet line.
