美军电磁空间作战研究

Research into the Electromagnetic Space Operation of U.S.Military

电磁空间是实施有效控制不可或缺的作战环境。美军专注于电磁空间作战,先后发布了JP385《电磁频谱作战》条令,成立了联合电磁频谱作战中心,极大地提高了美军在电磁空间作战中的核心能力和认知水平。围绕美军在电磁空间作战中的理论和实践发展,分析了美军电磁频谱作战的发展动因,从机构调整、力量建设、手段发展和技术创新等4个方面,剖析了美军推进电磁空间作战的新举措、新动态,从联合作战的侦、控、打、防4个方面分析了可能面临的现实威胁。最后,提出了当前发展“星群智能电磁战”等相关理论和技术的建议。

Electromagnetic space is an indispensable operational environment for effective controlling.The U.S.military focuses on electromagnetic space operation,successively issues the JP3-85"Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations"ordinance,establishes the joint electromagnetic spectrum operations center,which greatly improve the core capabilities and cognitive level of the U.S.military in electromagnetic space operations.This paper focuses on the theoretical and practical development of the U.S.military s electromagnetic space operations,analyses the development motivations of the U.S.military s electromagnetic space operations,from the four aspects of organizational adjustment,force building,means development and technological innovation,analyzes the new measures and new developments of U.S.military in promoting the electromagnetic space operations,and from the four aspects of reconnaissance,controlling,attacking and defense of joint operations,analyzes the real threats we may facing.Finally,suggestions for the current development of"constellation intelligent electromagnetic operations"and other related theories and technologies are putting forward.
