津力达颗粒治疗糖尿病前期临床研究

Clinical Study of Jinlida Granule in the Treatment of Diabetes in Early Stage

目的 观察津力达颗粒对糖尿病前期患者糖脂代谢的影响。方法 选取陕西中医药大学附属医院住院糖尿病前期(气阴两虚证)患者,共70例。按随机数字表将患者分为两组,对照组35例,治疗组35例。干预方法:对照组给予生活方式干预,治疗组在生活方式干预基础上联合津力达颗粒。治疗12 w后,对比两组相关临床指标的差异性。结果 治疗后,两组患者FPG、2hPG、 HbA1c、FINS、HOMA-IR、TG、LDL-C、BMI、IL-6、ABI指数、中医证候积分均明显下降(P<0.05)。且治疗组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 津力达颗粒可明显改善糖尿病前期患者糖脂代谢水平,改善胰岛素抵抗,降低炎症水平,改善血液流通情况,取得明显疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of Jinlida granule on glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with pre diabetes.Methods 70 patients with pre diabetes(deficiency of both Qi and Yin)were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine.According to a random number table,patients were divided into two groups:a control group of 35 cases and a treatment group of 35 cases.Intervention method:The control group received lifestyle intervention,while the treatment group received a combination of Jinlida granules on the basis of lifestyle intervention.After 12 weeks of treatment,compare the differences in relevant clinical indicators between the two groups.Results After treatment,the FPG,2hPG,HbA1c,FINS,HOMA-IR,TG,LDL-C,BMI,IL-6,ABI index,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of both groups of patients significantly decreased(P<0.05).And the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinlida granule can significantly improve the glucose and lipid metabolism level of patients with pre diabetes,improve insulin resistance,reduce inflammation level,improve blood circulation,and obtain obvious curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
