聚醚工艺的安全设计探究

摘要 聚醚装置生产过程涉及多种易燃易爆及毒性物料,胺基反应及聚合反应被列入高危工艺,其反应多在高温、高压下进行,生产装置存在火灾爆炸及中毒等风险,原料环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷、液氨等储罐具有高风险,其安全设计尤为复杂且重要。对工程设计中聚醚工艺装置及罐区存在的安全风险和所采取的安全措施进行了阐述。 The production process of polyether unit involves various fl ammable,explosive,and toxic materials.Amine reaction and polymerization reaction are listed as high-risk processes,and their reactions are mostly carried out under high temperature and pressure.The production unit has risks of fi re,explosion,and poisoning.Storage tanks for raw materials such as ethylene oxide,propylene oxide,and liquid ammonia have high risks,and their safety design is particularly complex and important.This article elaborates on the safety risks and measures taken for the polyether process equipment and tank area in engineering design.
