液氯输送技术改造及应用

摘要 为了提高液氯输送系统的稳定性和安全性,降低系统运行可能造成的污染,以某化工厂采用的多级液氯液下泵为研究对象进行改造,以提升液氯输送系统的性能。通过对改造后的液氯输送系统运行进行观测和统计,可以发现:液氯的质量得到了提高,杂质含量降低;系统的资源损耗减少,经济效益提升。此外,废气排放减少,减轻了环境污染。总体而言,改造后的液氯输送系统能够实现更稳定、更安全、更环保的液氯输送工作。 In order to improve the stability and safety of the liquid chlorine transportation system,reduce the possible pollution caused by system operation,takes the multi-stage liquid chlorine submersible pump used in a chemical plant as the research object for renovation,in order to improve the performance of the liquid chlorine transportation system.Through observation and statistics of the operation of the renovated liquid chlorine conveying system,it can be found that the quality of liquid chlorine has been improved,and the impurity content has been reduced;The resource loss of the system is reduced,and the economic benefi ts are improved.In addition,the reduction of exhaust emissions has reduced environmental pollution.Overall,the renovated liquid chlorine transportation system can achieve more stable,safer,and environmentally friendly liquid chlorine transportation work.
