在蒸发和结晶单元操作中,汽液分离器用于气液相的连续分离,是保证蒸发过程稳定运行的关键设备之一。其既要保证蒸发的二次蒸汽完全从液相中分离,又要保证分离出的二次蒸汽携带极少量的物料。介绍了汽液分离器的工作原理、影响分离效率的因素以及设计方法,为工业级蒸发分离器的设计提供思路。
In the operation of evaporation and crystallization units,the vapor-liquid separator is used for continuous separation of gas-liquid phases and is one of the key equipment to ensure the stable operation of the evaporation process.It not only ensures that the evaporated secondary steam is completely separated from the liquid phase,but also ensures that the separated secondary steam carries a very small amount of material.Introduces the principle,infl uencing factors,and design methods of gas-liquid separators,providing design ideas for industrial grade evaporation separators.
