胺液变色分析研究

摘要 探讨了化工企业在用胺液吸收CO_(2)过程中遇到的胺液变色和胺液吸附能力下降的问题,分析了其主要原因并采取了预防措施。阐明了化工生产过程中胺液的应用,讨论了胺液变色的主要原因,包括为什么胺液会降解以及采取的应对措施。通过分析得出防止胺液变色的主要方法 :定期检查胺液储罐的氮封是否完好;持续监测原料气的成分变化及时做出调整;控制解析塔内合理的温度,防止再沸器超温运行。 This article explores the main reasons and prevention measures for amine discoloration and decreased amine adsorption capacity encountered by chemical enterprises in the process of using amine solution to absorb carbon dioxide.This article explains the application of amine solution in chemical production process,the main reasons for amine solution discoloration,why amine solution degrades,and the corresponding measures taken.Through analysis,it can be concluded that the main methods to prevent discoloration of amine solution are:amine solution storage tanks should be regularly checked for intact nitrogen seals;Track changes in the composition of raw gas and make timely adjustments;Control the reasonable temperature inside the analysis tower to prevent the reboiler from overheating.
