基于“双高”背景下的职业院校特色专业课程革新研究

Innovation of Characteristic Professional Courses in Vocational Colleges Under the Background of“Double High-level Plan”

“双高计划”是教育部基于当前中国职业院校现代化建设过程中治理能力和治理水平不足、治理体系不完善,不能满足教育教学改革现实需求而提出的指导意见,其为职业院校特色专业课程革新带来了新的发展机遇。正视“双高计划”的示范引领作用,针对职业院校特色专业课程在顶层设计、课程体系构建、运行机制实施以及师资力量建设方面存在的问题进行具体分析,以“双高”指导意见为出发点和落脚点提出与之相适应的解决策略,希望能够为中国职业院校特色专业课程的重新构建提供新的思路。

The“Double High-level Plan”is a guiding opinion put forward by the Ministry of Educa-tion according to the current problems existing in the process of modernization of vocational colleges in China,including the lack of governance capacity,imperfect governance system and the inability to meet the actual needs of education and teaching reform.The“Double High-level Plan”brings new development opportunities for innovation of characteristic professional courses in vocational col-leges.Facing up to the demonstrating and leading role of“Double High-level Plan”,this paper con-ducts a specific analysis on the problems existing in characteristic professional courses in vocational colleges,such as the top-level design,curriculum system construction,operation mechanism imple-mentation and teacher strength construction.Taking the“Double High-level Plan”guidance as the starting point and the foothold,the paper also proposes a corresponding solution,hoping to provide new ideas for the reconstruction of characteristic professional courses in vocational colleges in China.
