基于FLD成形极限理论的盒型冲压件质量控制的研究

摘要 为研究复杂盒形件成型质量的控制,使用USIBOR1500高强钢,通过SIS系统建立了盒形件有限元模型,对冲压过程进行了仿真模拟,通过在压料板上添加拉延筋结构对比成形结果,分析拉延筋对盒形件冲压成形的影响。仿真结果表明,通过增加拉延筋可以改变材料流动,减少拉延过程中材料起皱的程度。同时,提取了冲压成形过程中的行程曲线,确定拉延过程所需成形力和压边力大小,为模具设计提供依据,也可为其他同类冲压制件的成形提供参考。 In order to study the forming quality control of complex box-shaped parts,the finite ele-ment model of box-shaped parts is established by using DC04 steel and SIS system,and the stamping process is simulated,the influence of draw bead on stamping and forming of box-shaped parts is ana-lyzed.The simulation results show that the material flow can be changed and the wrinkling degree can be reduced by adding draw bead.At the same time,the stroke curve of stamping process is ex-tracted,and the forming force and blank holding force are determined to provide a basis for model design,which can provide reference for other similar parts forming.
