Investigation into Fujian Trade Unions'Strategy Connecting and Guiding Non-Government Organizations for employee Benefits in the New Era

2021年新修改的《工会法》,将工会组织和工会工作的覆盖面进一步扩展到社会组织,这对新时代工会联系引导社会组织服务职工群众工作提出了新的要求。为进一步贯彻落实党中央、福建省委关于加强和改进党的群团工作要求,满足工会工作法治化现实需要,在调研的基础上,积极探索社会组织建会入会方式方法,着力破解社会组织中工会组织覆盖不够全面、作用发挥不够充分等问题,以期推动各级工会加强联系引导社会组织的工作力度,在促进社会组织有序参与社会治理、提供社会服务、承担社会责任、提升职工生活品质等方面充分发挥工会的重要作用,进一步维护劳动关系和谐与社会稳定。

The 2021 Trade Union Law has expanded the role of trade unions in engaging with non-government organizations,creating new obligations to guide these organizations in serving the workforce.To execute the stipulations of the CPC Central Committee and the Fujian Provincial Party Committee on bolstering mass organizations and adapt to the requirements of trade union law,the author investigates methods for NGOs to establish trade unions and encourage their members to join.The objective is to address issues like inadequate trade union presence and limited unions'influence within NGOs.This research aims to strengthen trade unions'ties with NGOs at all levels,leverage their significant role in promoting NGO involvement in social governance,service delivery,responsibility assumption,and enhancing employees'quality of life,thereby preserving labor relations harmony and social stability.
