教育数字化背景下《葡萄酒酿造与检验》课程思政改革的探索与实践

摘要 本文立足于教育数字化转型,以葡萄酒酿造与检验课程为研究对象,对数字化课程思政建设的需求和困境进行了分析。以此为课题,提出了培养智慧化教学能力、完善数字思政资源建设、借助虚拟教研共建共享、利用数字技术注重全过程培养等措施,分享了课程思政数字化改革建设方案,旨在为职业教育课程思政数字化建设提供实践探索。 Based on the digital transformation of education,this paper analyzes the needs and difficulties of the ideological and political construction of the digital curriculum by taking the course of wine making and inspection as an research object,and takes this as a subject to propose measures such as cultivating intelligent teaching ability,improving the construction of digital ideological and political resources,co-building and sharing with virtual teaching and research,and focusing on the whole process training by using digital technology.Shared the curriculum ideological and political digital reform and construction plan,aiming to provide practical exploration for the vocational education curriculum ideological and political digital construction.
