摘要 食品实验室质量管理体系作为保障食品安全的重要基石,其持续改进与创新显得尤为重要。本文首先分析了当前食品实验室质量管理体系存在的问题,进而探讨了持续改进与创新的重要性,并提出了具体的改进措施和创新策略。在此基础上,总结了持续改进与创新对食品实验室质量管理体系的意义和未来发展的方向。 Food laboratory quality management system as an important cornerstone to ensure food safety,its continuous improvement and innovation is particularly important.This paper firstly analyses the problems existing in the current food laboratory quality management system,then discusses the importance of continuous improvement and innovation,and puts forward specific improvement measures and innovation strategies.On this basis,it summarises the significance of continuous improvement and innovation to the quality management system of food laboratory and the direction of future development.
