A Study on the Influencing Factors and Optimization Pathways for the Development of Reserve Talents in Kayak Race

随着皮划艇运动的不断发展,其对后备人才培养的要求越来越高。本文采用文献资料法、归纳总结法等研究方法,对当前皮划艇运动后备人才培养的选材机制、训练方法、教育资源等主要影响因素进行了分析,提出了完善选材机制、创新训练方法、优化教育资源等皮划艇后备人才培养的优化路径,以期为皮划艇运动后备人才培养提供理论参考。

With the continuous development of kayak race,the demand for reserve talent development in this sport has been increasing.This study utilizes research methods such as literature review and summarization to analyze the main influencing factors of talent selection,training methods,and educational resources in current kayak race reserve talent development.It proposes an optimization path for the development of kayak race reserve talent,including improving talent selection mechanisms,innovating training methods,and optimizing educational resources.The aim is to provide theoretical references for the development of reserve talent in kayak race.
