摘要
大量研究表明,运动对身心健康有积极影响。近年来,运动改善办公人群脊柱亚健康的研究也取得了进展。本文采用文献资料法、归纳总结法等研究方法,对通过对中国知网数据库筛选出的与本研究相关的8篇实证研究论文进行分析。结果显示:(1)规律性地进行一段时间以改善脊柱亚健康为目标设计的处方运动,可以改善身体姿态、脊柱颈椎和腰椎关节活动度、躯干肌肉功能、心肺耐力、疼痛程度和生活质量,但不同的运动干预对脊柱亚健康的干预效果不尽相同;(2)研究普拉提、瑜伽、游泳、健身气功、呼吸训练、PNF训练和自编脊柱保健操这些不同运动项目干预的结果发现,强调脊柱关节活动度锻炼、呼吸训练或神经肌肉训练的运动干预效果更加显著。
Extensive research has demonstrated the positive impact of exercise on both physical and mental well-being.In recent years,there has been notable progress in studying the improvement of spinal sub-health among office workers through exercise interventions.This study utilizes research methods such as literature analysis and summarization and examines 8 empirical research papers obtained from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database that are relevant to this research topic.The findings reveal that:(1)Prescribed exercise programs designed to alleviate spinal sub-health have shown improvements in body posture,mobility of cervical and lumbar vertebrae,trunk muscle functionality,cardiovascular endurance,pain levels,and overall quality of life.However,the effectiveness of exercise interventions varies across different programs.(2)Specific exercise interventions such as Pilates,yoga,swimming,fitness qigong,breathing training,proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF)training,and self-designed spinal care exercises have demonstrated significant effects.Exercise interventions emphasizing spinal joint mobility exercises,breathing training,or neuromuscular training have shown more pronounced results.
