“奥运冠军之城”背景下宁波市城市体育文化建设的现状、困境及发展对策研究

Study on the Current Situation,Challenges,and Development Strategies of Urban Sports Culture Construction in Ningbo City under the Background of“City of Olympic Champions”

2022年9月16日中国奥委会授予宁波市“奥运冠军之城”奖杯,以表彰宁波市在奥运工作中作出的重要贡献。“奥运冠军之城”由此成为宁波市的新名片,也为宁波市城市体育文化建设提供了良好契机。基于此背景,本文运用文献资料法等研究方法,在探讨“奥运冠军之城”促进宁波市城市体育文化建设的内涵的基础上,梳理了“奥运冠军之城”背景下宁波市城市体育文化建设的现状,总结了宁波市城市体育文化建设面临政策协同机制滞后、文化产业结构和供需失调失衡、缺乏体育文化和体育品牌展示平台等困境,并提出了“奥运冠军之城”背景下宁波市城市体育文化建设的发展对策:发挥政府职能,完善宁波市城市体育文化建设政策协同机制;加强思想引导,围绕“奥运冠军之城”助力体育文化产业建设升级;打造“宁波奥运冠军之城”体育文化建设示范品牌,推进宁波体育文化展示平台建设。

On September 16,2022,Ningbo City was awarded the prestigious title of“City of Olympic Champions”by the Chinese Olympic Committee in recognition of its remarkable contributions to the Olympic movement.This accolade has not only become a symbol of pride for Ningbo but has also presented a unique opportunity for the development of urban sports culture.In light of this,the present study employs research methods,including literature review,to explore the impact of the“City of Olympic Champions”designation on the promotion of urban sports culture in Ningbo.It evaluates the current state of urban sports culture construction in Ningbo,taking into account the challenges that need to be addressed.These challenges encompass issues such as the need for improved policy coordination mechanisms,the imbalance in the structure and supply-demand of cultural industries,and the absence of adequate platforms for the display of sports culture and brands.In response,this study proposes strategic approaches to enhance urban sports culture construction in Ningbo under the banner of the“City of Olympic Champions.”These approaches include leveraging government functions to improve policy coordination,providing stronger ideological guidance to facilitate the advancement of sports cultural industries within the framework of the“City of Olympic Champions”concept,and establishing the distinctive brand of“Ningbo City of Olympic Champions”to foster the development of sports culture display platforms in Ningbo.
