美国体能教练专业标准的研究与启示

摘要 本文采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对美国体能教练专业标准制定的历史背景、内容和特点进行分析,旨在为我国体能教练专业标准的制定提供理论参考。研究表明:美国体能教练专业标准内容体系包含专业领域、标准维度和基本要求3个层次;美国体能教练专业标准具有全面性、发展性、实践性等特点。鉴于美国体能教练专业标准建设的丰富经验,结合我国体能教练专业标准的研究和制定,建议:我国应明确标准建设组织、发挥一线体能教练的主体作用,基于体能教练专业标准推动体能教练专业化发展,建立体能教练职前职后一体化的专业标准等。 This study utilizes literature review and logical analysis to examine the historical background,content,and characteristics of professional standards for strength and conditioning coaches in the United States.The objective is to provide theoretical guidance for the formulation of professional standards for strength and conditioning coaches in China.The findings reveals that the framework of professional standards for strength and conditioning coaches in the United States encompasses three levels:professional domains,standard dimensions,and basic requirements.These standards are characterized by their comprehensiveness,developmental nature,and practicality.Drawing upon the extensive experience in building professional standards for strength and conditioning coaches in the United States,and considering the research and formulation of professional standards for strength and conditioning coaches in China,several recommendations are proposed.These include clarifying the organization responsible for standard development,empowering frontline strength and conditioning coaches,promoting the professional development of strength and conditioning coaching based on professional standards,and establishing integrated professional standards for both pre-service and on-the-job strength and conditioning coaches.
