摘要
试样采用盐酸+硝酸+氢氟酸溶解,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定镍-铬基高温合金中铝、钴、铁、锰元素。本研究先优化了仪器工作参数,再选择了铝、钴、铁、锰待测元素分析线分别为392.401 nm、228.616 nm、259.939 nm、257.610 nm,最后确定了待测元素不受共存元素和基体的影响,基体的其他干扰可以通过背景校正而消除。通过测定标准物质对方法的精密度、准确度、检出限进行考察,各元素测定结果的平均值与标准值接近,RSD<5%(11),检出限均小于0.0006%。本检测方法快速而且准确,适用于实际生产中镍-铬基高温合金样品多元素的批量检测。
The sample was dissolved in hydrochloric acid+nitric acid+hydrofluoric acid,and aluminum,cobalt,iron,and manganese in nickel chromium base superalloy were determined by Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).This work optimized the operating parameters of the instrument and selected analysis lines for aluminum,cobalt,iron,and manganese elements to be measured at 392.401nm,228.616nm,259.939nm,and 257.610nm,respectively.It was determined that the elements to be measured were not affected by coexisting elements and the matrix,and other interference from the matrix could be eliminated through background correction.By measuring the precision,accuracy,and detection limit of the method using standard materials,the average value of the determination results for each element is close to the standard value,with RSD<5%(11)and detection limit less than 0.0006%.This detection method is fast and accurate,and is suitable for batch detection of multiple elements in nickel chromium based high-temperature alloy samples in actual production.
