摘要
本文以某工业园区污水处理厂环境应急事件污泥为研究对象,通过简单溯源分析和样品检测初筛工作,初判污泥主要有害成分为含镍有毒物质,主要危险特性为毒性,后对所采集的样品进行有针对性的镍含量检测,最终判定污泥为含镍废物,危险废物代码为900-000-26。该技术方法避免了传统固体废物危险特性鉴别方案编制工作程序,减少了样品检测指标,具有鉴别时间短、鉴别结论准、鉴别成本低等优点,为环境应急事件中固体废物危险特性鉴别提供了新思路。
Taking the sludge from an environmental emergency event of a sewage treatment plant in an industrial park as the research object,through simple traceability analysis and sample testing preliminary screening work,it was initially determined that the main harmful component of the sludge was nickel containing toxic substances,and the main hazardous characteristic was toxicity.After conducting targeted nickel content testing on the collected samples,the sludge was ultimately determined to be nickel containing waste,with a hazardous waste code of 900-000-26.This technical method avoids the preparation of traditional hazardous characteristics identification schemes for solid waste,reduces sample detection indicators,and has the advantages of short identification time,accurate identification conclusions,and low identification costs.It provides a new approach for identifying hazardous characteristics of solid waste in environmental emergencies.
