摘要
解草酮是二氯代乙酰胺类除草剂解毒剂,可以解决异丙甲草胺等氯乙酰胺类除草剂对玉米等作物的药害问题。为获得解草酮优化工艺,使用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)单一溶剂,中间体不经脱溶和纯化处理条件下,以邻硝基苯酚为起始原料,经醚化、一锅法加氢缩合环化、酰化共3步合成解草酮。考察了物料配比、温度、缚酸剂和溶剂等工艺参数对反应的影响。优化条件下,反应总收率85.0%,产品含量99.0%。该合成工艺操作流程简单,含盐废水少,具有工业化应用前景。
Benoxacor is an antidote of dichloroacetamide herbicides,which can solve the problem of pesticide damage to maize and other crops by chloroacetamide herbicides such as metolachlor.To obtain the optimized synthesis process of benoxacor,benoxacor was synthesized from o-nitrophenol by three steps:etherification,one-pot hydrocondensation cyclization and acylation,in the use of N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)single solvent,the intermediate without desolvation and purification conditions.The effects of material ratio,temperature,acid binding agent and solvent on the reaction were investigated.Under optimized conditions,the total yield was 85.0%and the product content was 99.0%.The synthesis process has simple operation process and less saline wastewater,and has a prospect of industrial application.
