高校图书馆知识产权信息素养教育助力创新创业——以合肥工业大学图书馆为例

The Role of Intellectual Property Information Literacy Education in University Libraries in Innovation and Entrepreneurship:Taking the Library of Hefei University of Technology as an Example

文章概述了国内外知识产权信息素养教育的现状和问题,提出高校图书馆构建符合校情学情、与创新创业教育改革理念相适应的知识产权信息素养教育体系的必要性,并以合肥工业大学图书馆为例,阐述其“学-赛-创”一体化教育体系的构建与实践过程,继而从强化师资队伍、开展分级分类教育、提高创新创业孵化能力和加强对外交流等方面提出高校知识产权信息素养教育体系的优化策略,以期为其他高校图书馆提供借鉴意义。

The article provides an overview of the current situation and problems of intellectual property information literacy education both domestically and internationally.It proposes the necessity for university libraries to build an intellectual property information literacy education system that is in line with the school s situation and the reform concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Taking the library of Hefei University of Technology as an example,it specifically elaborates on the construction and practical process of its“learning competition innovation”integrated education ecosystem.Finally,optimization strategies for the intellectual property information literacy education system in universities are proposed from four aspects:strengthening the teaching staff,carrying out graded and classified education,improving innovation and entrepreneurship incubation capabilities,and strengthening external exchanges,in order to provide reference for other university libraries.
