摘要
技能型社会对高质量制造产业技能工人的需求非常大,我国的产业工人队伍建设应该以“发展创造共同富裕”为目标:一是通过提高劳动者的技术能力来推动经济的高质量发展;二是在首次分配中引入各种因素,使劳动者报酬比例达到最优;三是提高劳动者的终生发展和劳动者文化的发展。从技术发展的趋势上看,未来的制造业将从“机器换人”向“人机协同”过渡,从而使企业员工的成长周期更长。以国家实现技能型社会为背景,研究制造业产业工人队伍建设和高职教育之间的联系,以期为我国制造业产业工人队伍的建设提供借鉴。
The skilled society has a great demand for high-quality manufacturing industry skilled workers,and the construction of industrial workers in our country should take“development to create common prosperity”as the goal.First,to promote the high-quality development of the economy by improving the technical ability of workers;The second is to introduce various factors in the first distribution,so that the proportion of labor remuneration can reach the optimal;The third is to improve the lifelong development of workers and the development of workers’culture.From the trend of technological development,the future manufacturing industry will transition from“machine replacement”to“man-machine collaboration”,so that the growth cycle of enterprise employees is longer.Therefore,based on the background of the country’s realization of a skilled society,this paper studies the relationship between the construction of manufacturing industry workers and higher vocational education,in order to provide reference for the construction of manufacturing industry workers in China.
