职业院校教材建设和管理实施路径探析

教材是职业院校实现高质量人才培养目标的重要支撑,也是对学生培根铸魂、启智增慧的重要载体。职业院校需积极贯彻落实党的二十大精神进教材政策,持续推进《职业院校教材管理办法》落地实施。聚焦职业院校教材编写与审核、选用及使用、评价监督、服务保障等重点环节,立足严格管理、以管促建,全面落实在教材建设和管理中的主体责任。同时,学校重构和完善教材建设与管理实施路径,建立校党委领导下、党政齐抓共管、各负其责的工作协调机制。加强和充实教材建设专业力量,全面强化教材建设体系保障。严格执行国家和地方关于教材管理的政策规定,规范职业院校教材管理工作,切实提高教材建设水平。

Teaching materials are an important support for vocational colleges to achieve the goal of high-quality talent training,as well as an important carrier for cultivating the soul,enlightening the mind and increasing wisdom.Vocational colleges are expected to actively implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress into the teaching materials,and continuously promote the implementation of Measures for the Administration of Teaching Materials in Vocational Colleges.Such key aspects as the compilation,review,selection,use,evaluation,supervision and service guarantee of vocational education teaching materials should be focused.The management should be strict,which can promote the construction,so that the responsibility of the subject in the construction and management of teaching materials can be fully implemented.At the same time,colleges reconstruct and improve the implementation path of the construction and management of teaching materials,and establish a work coordination mechanism under the leadership of the party committee,with the party and the government taking joint charge,and the departments taking their own responsibilities.The professional power of teaching material construction is strengthened and enriched,and the guarantee of teaching material construction system is comprehensively intensified.The national and local policies and regulations on the management of teaching materials are strictly implemented,and the management of the teaching materials in vocational colleges is standardized,thus effectively improving the level of the teaching material construction.
