城市地质信息平台建设探索与实践——以山东省济宁市为例

摘要 城市地质信息平台建设是推动城市地质调查成果服务于城市规划、建设与发展的重要手段。我国众多城市已成功构建或正在积极推进城市地质信息平台建设,实现了城市地质调查与研究成果的统筹管理、应用及共享服务,为城市规划、建设和管理提供了有力支持。但也存在重展示轻应用、与其他平台缺乏集成、对新技术应用探索不足、管理机制不健全等共性问题。济宁城市地质信息管理与服务平台建设遵循“一库、一平台、三服务、N应用”的架构设计,推出了“资源利用一键分析、用地选址地质体检、灾害应急三维指挥”等特色应用,为政府部门、社会公众及专业技术人员提供了便捷的地质数据应用服务。 The construction of urban geological information platform is an important means to promote the service of urban geological survey results in urban planning,construction and development.Many cities in China have successfully constructed or are actively promoting the construction of urban geological information platforms,achieving the coordinated management,application,and sharing services of urban geological surveys and research results,providing strong support for urban planning,construction,and management.However,there are also common problems,such as emphasizing display over application,lacking integration with other platforms,insufficient exploration of new technology applications,and inadequate management mechanisms.The construction of Ji'ning Urban Geological Information Management and Service Platform follows the architecture design of"one database,one platform,three services,and N applications".It has launched characteristic applications,such as"one click analysis of resource utilization,geological examination of land use selection,and three dimensional command of disaster emergency",providing convenient geological data application services for government departments,the public,and professional technical personnel.
