摘要 本研究测试自动菌落计数仪的准确性,探索其在医疗卫生领域的应用。采用金黄色葡萄球菌作为测试菌,通过人工计数和自动菌落计数仪进行对比。表明:两种方法在菌落计数上无显著差异,且自动菌落计数仪具有更高的计数效率。自动菌落计数仪在菌落计数中具有较高的准确性和效率,为医疗卫生领域的菌落计数提供了有效工具。 Objective To test the accuracy of automatic colony counter and explore its application in medical and health field.Methods Staphylococcus aureus was used as the test bacteria,and the comparison was made by manual counting and automatic colony counting instrument.Results There was no significant difference in colony count between the two methods,and the automatic colony counter had higher counting efficiency.Conclusion The automatic colony counter has high accuracy and efficiency in colony count,which provides an effective tool for colony count in medical and health field.
