摘要
以智能送药机器人驱动电机轴为研究对象,利用SolidWorks对驱动电机轴进行三维建模,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对驱动电机轴进行自由模态和约束模态分析,获得驱动电机轴各阶固有频率和振型,得出驱动电机轴在转动时可以有效避开共振区,不会产生共振现象的结论。基于ABAQUS的智能送药机器人驱动电机轴模态分析可为其他轴系零件设计提供参考依据。
Taking the driving motor shaft of the intelligent medicine delivery robot as the research object,the driving motor shaft is modeled by using Solidworks,the free and constrained modal analysis of the driving motor shaft is carried out by using the finite element software ABAQUS,and the natural frequencies and vibration modes of the driving motor shaft are obtained.It is concluded that the driving motor shaft can avoid the resonance region effectively.The modal analysis of driving motor shaft of intelligent medicine delivery robot based on ABAQUS can provide reference for the design of other shafting parts.
