摘要
从660MW火电机组输灰系统的程序控制存在的问题入手,解决机组负荷运行时存在变量较大及灰斗灰量与输灰系统的关联问题,智能控制输灰系统的启停,并探讨先导式低压节能栓塞输灰系统的低压工作原理,配合智能控制平台进行智能控制空压机的启停,同时分析改造后产生的经济效益。
Starting with the problems existing in the program control of the ash transport system of 660 MW thermal power unit,this paper solves the problems of large variables in the load operation of the unit and the correlation between the ash amount of the ash hopper and the ash transport system,intelligently control the start and stop of the ash transport system,and discuss the low-voltage working principle of the pilot low-voltage energy-saving ash transport system,and cooperate with the intelligent control platform to intelligently control the start and stop of the air compressor.At the same time,the economic benefits produced after the transformation are analyzed.
