摘要
动力电池的壳体焊接质量直接影响电池的抗压性和安全性,具有重要的研究意义和应用价值。从数值模拟角度分析Al3003铝合金焊接特性,构建激光摆动焊接熔池耦合匙孔三维瞬态数值模型,探究摆动焊接工艺对金属熔池行为的影响,可为提升铝合金焊接质量提供有益的科学指导。
The welding quality of the shell of power batteries will directly affect the compression resistance and safety of the batteries,which has important research significance and application value.This paper analyzes the welding characteristics of Al3003 aluminum alloy from the perspective of numerical simulation,builds a 3D transient numerical model of laser swing welding molten pool coupled with keyhole,and explores the influence of swing welding process on the metal molten pool behavior.This research provides useful scientific guidance for improving the welding quality of aluminum alloy.
