摘要
以JKMD-4.5×4P型多绳摩擦式提升机为例,基于ANSYS有限元分析软件对提升机进行模拟分析,明确正常工况条件下罐笼及钢丝绳的动力学特性,为提升机调试与结构优化提供支持。通过验证分析发现,模拟分析结果较为准确,基本与提升机实际运行时动力学特性变化曲线相符。
Taking JKMD-4.54P multi-rope friction hoist as an example,based on ANSYS finite element analysis software,the dynamic characteristics of the cage and wire rope under normal working conditions are determined,so as to provide support for the debugging and structural optimization of the elevator.Through the verification analysis,it can be found that the simulation analysis results are relatively accurate,which is basically consistent with the dynamic characteristic change curve of the actual operation of the elevator.
