摘要
锅炉作为重要的热能转换设备,其制造精度和效率对工业生产有着至关重要的影响。锅炉集箱部件在制造时受到热循环、焊接不均匀等的影响,会产生弯曲变形。而火焰矫正工艺是锅炉制造过程中的一项关键工艺,对于提高锅炉制造的质量和效率起到显著作用。它通过火焰对构件局部进行高温加热,从而产生塑性变形以抵消原有变形。文章深入研究锅炉制造中的火焰矫正工艺,并通过对比国内外钢结构建造标准与锅炉行业标准,确定火焰矫正的加热温度,为锅炉制造行业的可持续发展提供技术支持。
Boiler as an important heat energy conversion equipment,its manufacturing accuracy and efficiency have a crucial impact on industrial production.The boiler header parts are affected by thermal cycling and uneven welding during manufacturing,which will produce bending deformation.The flame correction process is a key process in boiler manufacturing,which plays a significant role in improving the quality and efficiency of boiler manufacturing.It is heated locally by flame at high temperature to produce plastic deformation to offset the original deformation.This paper deeply studies the flame correction process in boiler manufacturing,and determines the heating temperature of flame correction by comparing domestic and foreign steel structure construction standards with boiler industry standards,which provides technical support for the sustainable development of boiler manufacturing industry.
