摘要
研究自动化技术在轨道式集装箱龙门起重机制造中的应用,通过对其轻量化设计、精密加工工艺、结构件自动化制造及电气系统集成等关键环节的分析,探索自动化技术在起重机制造各工序中的应用,推动我国港口装卸装备的转型升级。研究表明,采用先进的材料、加工和控制技术,可显著提升起重机的性能和智能化水平。
To study the application of automation in the manufacture of rail container Gantry crane,through the analysis of the key links such as lightweight design,precision machining process,automatic manufacturing of structural components and electrical system integration,to explore the application of automation in various processes of crane manufacturing,and to promote the transformation and upgrading of our port handling equipment.Research shows that the use of advanced materials,processing and control technology,can significantly improve the performance of the crane and the level of intelligence.
