摘要
2021年9月在灌河口设置2个潮间带断面SEC1和SEC2,开展大型底栖动物调查,采用优势度指数法和多样性指数法对潮间带大型底栖动物群落结构特征进行评价。结果显示,共采集鉴定潮间带大型底栖动物7大类27种,其中环节动物12种,节肢动物6种,软体动物4种,纽形动物2种,脊索动物、棘皮动物和星虫动物各1种。SEC1优势种为双齿围沙蚕、树蛰虫、天津厚蟹和葛氏长臂虾,SEC2优势种为中华蜾蠃蜚、齿吻沙蚕和棘刺锚参。大型底栖动物密度和生物量均为南岸高于北岸。Bray-Curtis指数显示SEC1和SEC2的大型底栖动物群落存在较大差异;香农威纳指数评价结果表明,SEC1总体处于轻度污染状态,SEC2总体处于中度污染状态。
Macrobenthos investigation was conducted in 2 sections(SEC1 and SEC2)in intertidal zone of Guanhe estuary in Sept.2021.Dominance index,Shannon-Weiner index and Bray-Curtis index was applied to evaluate the macrobenthos community structure characteristics.The results showed that 27 species of macrobenthos in 7 phyla were collected and identified,including 12 species of annelids,6 species of arthropoda,4 species of mollusks,2 species of nemertinea,and 1 species of chordata,echinodermata and sipuncula respectively.Perinereis aibuhitensis,Pista cristata,Helice tientsinensis and Palaemon gravieri was the dominant species in SEC1.Corophium sinense,Nephtys sp.and Protankyra bidentata was the dominannt species in SEC2.Both density and biomass of the macrobenthos in SEC2 was higher than in SEC1.Bray-Curtis index showed that macrobenthos community structure of SEC1 and SEC2 showed remarked difference.Shannon-Weiner index of the macrobenthos showed that the ecological environment of SEC1 and SEC2 was in light pollution and medium pollution respectively.
