摘要
本文通过对直流屏及其端子微红外测温扫描装置的研究,实现了对直流屏及蓄电池屏等进行周期温度扫描,以及屏柜内部设备、端子等红外温度监测与故障预警,做到了从“人工巡检”到“自动巡检”的转变。该装置安装方便,操作简单,使用后可大大节省设备运检人力成本,同时提高直流屏柜设备的运行可靠性,为设备和电网安全稳定运行提供保障。
In this paper,through the study of micro-infrared temperature measurement and scanning device of DC panel and its terminals,the periodic temperature scanning of DC panel and battery panel,as well as the infrared temperature monitoring and fault warning of panel cabinet internal equipment and terminals,have been realized,and the transformation from“manual inspection”to“automatic inspection”has been achieved.This device is easy to install and simple to operate,which can greatly save labor cost of equipment operation and inspection after use,and improve the operation reliability of DC panel cabinet equipment,and provide guarantee for the safe and stable operation of equipment and power grid.
