In the current educational environment,tennis teaching in colleges and universities is facing the challenge of improving teaching efficiency and quality.This paper focuses on the application of quick and easy teaching method in tennis teaching in colleges and universities,aiming at exploring how to solve this problem through new teaching methods.Firstly,this paper analyzes the importance of quick and easy teaching method,and points out that this teaching method can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of tennis teaching.Then,the main problems existing in traditional tennis teaching are identified and discussed in detail,such as unreasonable teaching content design,single teaching method,insufficient cultural infiltration and defects of evaluation mechanism.In view of these problems,a series of improvement countermeasures are put forward.Finally,the article looks forward to the application prospect of quick and easy teaching method in tennis teaching in colleges and universities in the future,and emphasizes the potential and importance of this teaching method in order to improve the quality of tennis teaching in colleges and universities.
