基于创新教学团队的模块化教学模式改革探索——以“商务数据分析——基于R”课程为例

摘要 打破学科教学的传统模式,创新教师分工协作的模块化教学模式,是我国建设高水平职业院校教师教学创新团队的重点任务。通过总结广东轻工职业技术学院建设中的“跨境电子商务职业教育国家级教师教学创新团队”协作开展模块化教学经验,以“商务数据分析——基于R”课程为例,阐述将模块化协作式教学这一手段贯穿于课程目标、教学内容、教学设计、教学组织以及教学评价等课程设计全过程的教学改革措施,提出教学创新团队的协作式模块化课堂教学模式。通过6年多教学实践,证明是一套行之有效、适合高职学生认知特点的模块化教学模式,能有效提高定位更高能力层次的“商务数据分析”课程的教学质量。 Breaking the traditional mode of subject teaching and innovating the modular teaching mode of teacher division of labor and cooperation is a key task for building a teaching innovation team for high-level vocational college teachers in China.This article summarizes the experience of collaborative modular teaching by the“National Teaching Innovation Team for Cross Border E-commerce Vocational Education”in the construction of Guangdong Industry Polytechnic.Taking the course“Business Data Analysis-Based on R”as an example,this article elaborates on the teaching reform measures that integrate modular collaborative teaching as a means throughout the entire process of course design,including course objectives,teaching content,teaching design,teaching organization,and teaching evaluation.It proposes a collaborative modular classroom teaching model for teaching innovation teams.Through more than 6 years of teaching practice,it has been proven to be effective and suitable for the cognitive characteristics of vocational college students,and can effectively improve the teaching quality of the“Business Data Analysis”course,which is positioned at a higher level of ability.
