英语专业“综合英语”课程LCV教学模式的构建研究——以桂林旅游学院为例

摘要 新文科建设背景下课程改革是外语专业寻求变革的一个突破口。长期以来,应用型英语本科“综合英语”课程存在学生学习兴趣不高、课文内容理解不透、语言实践活动偏少等问题,针对以上问题尝试构建融合语言、内容和价值为一体的综合英语LCV教学模式,并以桂林旅游学院为例开展实践研究,提出融入文旅元素、实施翻转课堂、依托问题驱动、细化过程评价的教学实施路径,取得良好效果,期望能为同类型院校的英语专业教学改革提供参考。 Under the background of the construction of New Liberal Arts,curriculum reform stands as a breakthrough point in the transformation of foreign language majors.Historically,the comprehensive English course for applied English undergraduate programs has faced issues such as low student interest,inadequate comprehension of course materials,and a scarcity of language practice activities.Addressing these concerns,an integrated English language,content,and value(LCV)teaching model was attempted,aiming to amalgamate language skills,content,and values.This model was implemented and researched using Guilin Tourism University as a case study.The proposed teaching implementation path involved integrating elements of culture and tourism,employing flipped classroom strategies,relying on problem-driven approaches,and emphasizing process evaluation.Encouraging outcomes were achieved,indicating potential value for the reform of English teaching in similar institutions.
