摘要
水利特岗生的思想状况是值得深入探讨的问题。通过深入探讨长沙理工大学水利特岗生的思想状况,对学生的专业兴趣、学习动力、身份认同感和未来规划等方面进行详细调查和分析,揭示了存在的问题。研究发现部分学生对专业缺乏兴趣、学习动力不足,且对特岗身份的认同感较弱,未来规划不够明确。针对这些问题,提出了一系列思想政治教育对策,包括强化职业使命感培养、针对身份认同感的教育策略、深入推进特岗生素质提升计划以及个性化职业规划辅导。通过对水利特岗生思想状况问题进行深入的调查分析,提出了切实可行的对策,为后续特岗生的培养提供了有益的经验和建议。
The ideological status of students of water conservancy special posts is a question worthy of in-depth exploration.An in-depth exploration was conducted regarding students’professional interests,motivation to learn,sense of identity and future planning on the ideological status of students of water conservancy special posts at Changsha University of Science and Technology.Research has found that some students lack interest in their majors,lack motivation to learn,and have a weak sense of identification with their special job identity,resulting in unclear future plans.A series of ideological and political education strategies have been proposed to address these issues,including strengthening the cultivation of a sense of professional mission,educational strategies aimed at identity recognition,deepening the quality improvement plan for of special posts,and personalized career planning guidance.This article provides an in-depth investigation and analysis of the ideological status of students of water conservancy special posts,and proposes practical and feasible countermeasures,providing useful experience and suggestions for the cultivation of subsequent of special posts.
