高职创新创业教育与劳动教育融合新路径探析

Analysis on the New Path of Integration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and Labor Education in Higher Vocational Education:Taking the Modern Fishery Major of Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Science and Technology as an Example

创新创业教育与劳动教育相融合是高职院校培养高素质高技能人才的新路径。高职院校不仅注重理论知识的传授,还注重培养学生的生产劳动技能,为创新创业教育与劳动教育的融合奠定了基础。从创新创业教育与劳动教育内涵及融合依据着手,阐述了二者的融合意义及融合中出现的问题,并提出秉持协同育人观念,建设完整系统的融合机制,打造多方育人平台,营造融合共赢的育人环境的提升对策,以期促进我国创新型技术技能人才培养质量的进一步提高。

The integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and labor education is a new way for higher vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality and high-skilled talents.Higher vocational colleges not only pay attention to imparting theoretical knowledge,but also cultivate students'productive and labor skills,which lays the foundation for the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and labor education.Starting from the connotation and integration basis of innovation and entrepreneurship education and labor education,this paper expounds the integration significance of the two and the problems in the integration,and puts forward the promotion countermeasures of adhering to the concept of collaborative education,building a complete and systematic integration mechanism,building a multi-party education platform and creating an integrated and win-win education environment,with a view to promoting the further improvement of the training quality of innovative and technically skilled talents in China.
