产教融合视角下高职学生职业核心素养的培养研究

摘要 产教融合是当代高职院校培养学生职业核心素养的主流趋势,在国家各项相关政策推进下,部分高职院校已在产教融合领域取得显著成果。从产教融合的角度审视职业核心素养的培育,有助于职业教育更好地适应产业升级以及人才培养的改革,因此高职院校迫切需要深化产教融合,寻找并实现相关利益契合点,推动相应的课程体系改革,以进一步提升学生的职业核心能力,着力打造优秀师资团队,形成完善、科学的评价体系,从而全面提高人才培养质量。 The integration of production and education is the mainstream trend of training students’vocational core quality in contemporary higher vocational colleges.Under the promotion of various relevant national policies,higher vocational colleges have made remarkable achievements in the field of integration of production and education.Reviewing the cultivation of vocational core quality from the perspective of integration of production and education will help vocational education better adapt to industrial upgrading and the reform of personnel training.Therefore,higher vocational colleges urgently need to deepen the integration of production and education,find and realize the convergence of relevant interests,and promote the corresponding curriculum system reform,so as to further improve the vocational core abilities of students,strive to build excellent teachers’teams,and form a perfect and scientific evaluation system,comprehensively improving the quality of talent training.
