摘要
为研究金川二矿区3个中段协同开采巷道变形破坏特征,通过现场调查、数值计算及理论分析,对二矿区3个中段协同开采巷道位移变化规律、应力分布特征、塑性破坏范围以及巷道变形破坏原因进行研究。结果表明:金川二矿区3个中段协同开采过程中,中间中段巷道变形破坏最显著,下部中段次之,上部中段最小;不同中段巷道变形破坏具有区域性,上部中段与中间中段巷道中部变形破坏明显,下部中段巷道东西部变形显著;各中段巷道变形破坏呈明显非对称性,巷道近扰动侧边帮变形破坏较远扰动侧边帮更显著;协同开采扰动、地应力及矿岩条件是导致协同开采巷道变形破坏的主要因素。研究结果可为金川二矿区3个中段协同开采巷道安全控制提供一定理论依据。
In response to the study of the deformation and damage characteristics of the three middle sections of the cooperative mining roadway in Jinchuan No.2 mining area,through on-site investigation,numerical calculation,and theoretical analysis,the displacement change rule of the three middle sections of the cooperative mining roadway in the No.2 mining area,stress distribution characteristics,plastic damage range,and the causes of roadway deformation and damage are studied.The results show that in Jinchuan No.2 mining area and three sections of the cooperative mining process,the middle section of the roadway deformation damage is the most significant,followed by the lower section of the middle section and the upper section of the smallest;different sections of the roadway deformation damage have regional differences;the upper section of the middle section and the middle section of the middle section of the roadway of the middle of the deformation damage are obvious,the lower section of the middle section of the roadway of the east and west of the deformation is significant;each section of the roadway deformation damage is obvious asymmetric;the deformation damage of sidewalls on the near-disturbed side of the roadway is more significant than that on the far-disturbed side;the synergetic mining disturbance,the ground stress,and the ore-rock condition are the main factors leading to the deformation and damage of the roadway.The study results can provide some theoretical basis for the safety control of the three middle sections of the coordinated mining roadway in Jinchuan No.2 mine.
